Read for specifics, not stars
A review that names a street, a staircase, or a delivery window is more useful than one that says everything was great. Look for the moves that sound like yours.

About five star reviews
This page collects what customers actually said about their moves, including the parts that were difficult. Specific feedback about a particular move tells you more than a star rating on its own.
Look for the hard jobs
Piano moves, hot tub relocations, and office moves are the ones that test a crew. Feedback on those is the closest thing to a preview of your own move.
Check where the reviews live
Independent review platforms are worth reading directly, because they are not curated by the business. The overall count and rating there are the honest version of the story.
What we do with criticism
Not every move goes perfectly, and the useful reviews are often the fair ones. Feedback about timing, communication, or damage handling is what changes how the next move runs.

Planning Questions
Are these reviews from real customers?
They come from people who moved with Jersey Moving Pro. Independent review platforms are the better place to compare counts and averages, since those are not controlled by us.
Which reviews are most useful to read?
Ones that resemble your move. If you have a staircase, a piano, or a hot tub, look for feedback from customers who had the same thing, because those are the moves that reveal the most.
Do you respond to negative reviews?
Where there is something specific to answer, yes. Feedback about timing, communication, or handling is the most useful kind, because it points at something that can actually change.
Can I speak to a past customer?
We do not arrange reference calls, but the public reviews are the practical substitute. Reading several from similar moves gives a clearer picture than one conversation would.
